In the face of our shadow, distortions and chattering minds, this is where radical self love is most called for.  Only when we can recognise our own disowned, unloved and rejected parts can we begin to love ourselves and others truly.   In the descent to our own underworlds and hidden rooms of hidden shames and secrets, there is the gold and the key to a true flowering heart, full of compassion and warmth.  This isn’t a talk on how to love yourself by any form of mantra or practice, it is the stripping away of all the ideals and ideas of love,  to the raw pulse of love itself.  This talk is for anyone seeking a solid foundation for loving oneself and others.
